✊ In this video @Dave demonstrates how to set your grip in a STRONG position when performing the Back Squat.

🧠 Points of performance:

⚡️Grip the barbell with tight wrists (shift knuckles up)

⚡️Pull elbows 🔙 slightly

⚡️Tighten forearms

⚡️Pull shoulder blades back and brace the core

⚡️Squat down with control

⚡️Drive up with force

All the money will go to support Bali Orphan Day Centre In Ubud. An Educational day centre for children who have lost 1 or both parents.
